- Above Prices are exclusive of Development Charges
- Above Prices are exclusive of taxes and government duties
- All Installments must be paid before 10th of every month. Late fee charges apply.
- In case of cancellation, booking & allocation amounts shall be non refundable.
- The all allotments of plot shall remain provisional until full payment is received.
- All discounts will be valid subject to regular payments as per schedule and will be adjusted at the time of final payment.
- All payment and installments must be paid through Cash / Cross Cheque / Pay Order / Bank Draft in favor of New Vision Private Limited
